Our office is monitoring the COVID-19 situation and assessing our office policies daily. Continue to monitor our social accounts and website for important updates.

Our Mobile and Pascagoula locations remain open for regular business hours. We have, however, made the following changes:

  • Our Mount Vernon location is closed (due to the Mobile County Health Department temporarily consolidating offices). Those clients may visit the Mobile location on Michigan Avenue.
  • We are screening all visitors at our Mobile and Pascagoula locations for temperatures and COVID-19 symptoms.
  • Due to the decreased number of guests allowed in our waiting area, we can only grant access to the person receiving treatment and any case worker or company representative. Children, spouses, or other guests will not be allowed, except in cases where the patient is a minor.
  • We are currently working to acquire saliva alcohol test strips as we will be able to continue to perform the random breath testing at that time.  We will keep you updated as things change.
